How memberships work
Your Wynation Membership is automatically renewed annually from the purchase date. Your membership contains a physical product, the product will be automatically delivered by the shop after each after successful renewal and when the product become available.
For example, if you purchased an annual subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each year on the initial date of purchase and you will get the membership products shipped to the address on your order, without the need to place the order by yourself!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a membership any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions through your account page when you login to the website.
Membership Benefits
The Wynation Fan Club membership includes benefits such as access to ticket presales, exclusive content and more. Your ticket presale codes can be found on your customer account page when you login.

Q: How do I join the Wynation Fan Club?
Q. How soon after joining the Wynation Fan Club will I have access to membership benefits?
A. Once you've joined Wyanation, you will have immediate access to ALL benefits. Click the link HERE and create an account (if you don't already have an account). Log in to the site and any exclusive benefits will automatically display on the pages. As a member of Wynation, your pre-sale code will be displayed on your account profile page when you are logged in. If you are purchasing the premium membership, which includes physical merchandise, your merchandise will be scheduled to ship within 3-4 weeks of your order (if not sooner). You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once your merchandise has shipped.
Q. Who do I contact regarding technical issues with the website or the Wynation Fan Club?
A. If you are having technical problems or questions, please email your concerns to customerservice@wynonna.com.
Q. Where can I find my unique presale code?
A. You can find your unique ticket presale code on your account page when you are logged in. You can also locate your unique presale code (or general presale code if there is one) on the tour date page after you click the PRESALE button (if there's an active presale happening).
Q. I've forgotten my password. How do I recover/change my password?
A. Migrate to the account page and click "Forgot Password". You will be redirected here.
